Sudhir Kumar Manager, Adarsh Sewa Samiti is a development professional with a postgraduate degree in Dairy Technology (M.Sc.) from SHUATS, Prayagraj. He has diverse experience in program management, water resource development, and sustainable community initiatives. Currently, he serves as Manager – Water Resources Management at Adarsh Sewa Samiti, Fatehpur Sikri (Agra), where he leads the Water Resilience Project supported by APF. His responsibilities include project planning, team supervision, stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and budget management, ensuring effective delivery of field activities such as Jal Choupals, surveys, water testing, and awareness campaigns.
In his earlier professional journey, Sudhir gained valuable experience in business development, procurement, product management, and quality control of water and soil testing solutions. This has strengthened his skills in managing operations, ensuring quality assurance, and supporting sustainable water initiatives. With expertise in field coordination, training, and problem-solving, Sudhir is committed to promoting sustainable water management and empowering communities with innovative solutions for safe and reliable water access.
