Mr. Ranpal Singh - Advisory Board Member, Adarsh Sewa Samiti
Mr. Ranpal Singh working as Associate Director – Social Mobilisation at PCI. With more than 22 years of profession al experience in health communication and program management, he has been instrumental in strengthening government-led initiatives such as the Filaria Elimination Program.
He holds a post-graduate degree in English Literature along with a Post-Graduate Diploma in Rural Development. Over his career, he has contributed extensively to major public health programs, including 12 years with the CORE Group on the Polio Eradication Initiative. His expertise also led him to work internationally with WHO Afghanistan and UNICEF West Africa on polio eradication efforts and the Ebola outbreak response.
In India, he has previously served as the State Program Manager with UNDP in Bihar, where he managed large-scale public health and social mobilization programs. His diverse national and international experience continues to guide Adarsh in advancing impactful, community-driven health and development initiatives.
