Dr. Vinod Kumar Dhakad Manager-Natural Resource Management holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering with research focused on industrial waste valorization, flue gas treatment, and sustainable material synthesis. He has authored 8 peer-reviewed research articles and presented at 4 international conferences.
His MTech. specialization in Environmental Management provided expertise in water quality assessment and water modeling techniques, which form the basis of his applied research and consultancy skills. Currently, he is working as Manager–Natural Resource Management at Adarsh Sewa Samiti, where he leads the Prabhat Water Stewardship Project, a CSR initiative of Hindustan Unilever.
His responsibilities include project planning, community engagement, awareness programs, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring sustainable water resource management at the community level.
